Mount Horeb Police: Mount Horeb Man Arrested For Possession of Heroin

(EMAILWIRE.COM, October 19, 2011 ) Mount Horeb, WI -- On Monday, October 17th, at approximately 3:30 PM, Mount Horeb Police Officers responded to the Mount Horeb Station, located at 116 S. 2nd Street in the Village of Mount Horeb for a report of a man down in one of the bathroom stalls. Upon arrival, officers located the male, unconscious, and pulled him out from under the stall. One officer opened his airway and revived the male. Mount Horeb EMS and Fitchrona Paramedics arrived at the scene and transported the male to a Madison area hospital.

The male was identified as Justin D. Hughes of Mount Horeb. He was later released from the hospital and transported to the Dane County Jail where he was booked in on tentative charges of Possession of Heroin and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
