Colorado court rejects right to use medical marijuana – The Business Journal

In 2000, Colorado voters approved an amendment to the Colorado Constitution. The amendment provided for “an exception from the state’s criminal laws” for patients who use marijuana for medical reasons under a medical caregiver’s recommendation.
