FBI Probes Tulsa Shootings As Possible Hate Crimes – ABC News

The shootings targeted African-Americans who were out walking. The FBI’s job will be to determine whether federal hate crime laws were violated, Tulsa World reported. Three people were killed and two were critically wounded in the shooting spree.
