Backpage.com sues to block Wash. sex-trafficking law from taking effect – Washington Post

SEATTLE — The website Backpage.com sued the state of Washington on Monday, saying a new law that would require classified advertising companies to verify the ages of people in sex-related advertisements is invalid, even if it has a laudable goal.
