Court clears way for potash price-fixing lawsuit – Capital Press (subscription)

The court ruled that farm suppliers can seek recourse under U.S. antitrust laws even though the companies' alleged activities mostly took place overseas. The decision is a reversal of a previous 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruling.
