Georgia challenges maritime commission in administrative court – Charleston Regional Business Journal
Georgia officials are contesting a recommendation by the Savannah River Maritime Commission in the state’s administrative law court. The Army Corps of Engineers Savannah District filed the request in late May, and the court assigned a judge to the case on Thursday.
