Vietnam's maritime law, which wrongly claims jurisdiction over Chinese islands, will seriously harm Sino-Vietnamese ties, experts said. Deputy Foreign Minister Zhang Zhijun on Thursday summoned Vietnam's Ambassador to China Nguyen Van Tho to lodge a solemn representation.
