Missouri law provides chance to rewrite criminal history – The Business Journal

A new Missouri law will let residents who broke the law years ago clear their records, KMBC-TV reports. The law, passed this session, allows people to apply to expunge their criminal records after 20 years for a felony and 10 years for a misdemeanor.
