Poll tax history – Pittsburgh Post-Gazette

They have very little knowledge of the 24th Amendment of the Constitution. The voter ID laws are a poll tax, no matter how you look at it. It should not cost anyone to vote. When we do not know history we will repeat the same mistakes.
