United Technologies (NYSE:UTX) investment review released

(EMAILWIRE.COM, April 13, 2011 ) Detroit, MI -- Nina Backon, 35, was declared by the authorities smuggling Xanax pills and chewing tobacco pouches into Oakland Country Jail for her boyfriend, Edward Wilamowski. She is free on bond prior to the sentencing day, April 27. Neil Rockind, the lawyer representing Backon, said that, "I don't know exactly what she is facing, but I hope the judge considers probation.” Wilamowski, 23, was arrested May 2010 due to possession of drug materials. Backon posed as his attorney while Wilamowski was in jail for a 93 day sentence. The authorities later on found out from Wilamowski that Backon was his fiancée; when they found out that Backon did not represent Wilamowski’s case, the police forbid the lawyer from visiting Wilamowski. The lawyer later on popped up with papers stating that she was her boyfriend’s legal attorney, but at the end of the visit, Backon was found by the officers to have smuggled six Xanax pills and ten chewing tobacco pouches. Furthermore, the police also raided the place the two have shared after Wilamoswki was overheard telling Backon to look after the marijuana growing in their home and found a “sophisticated growing operation”, adding to the charges for the two. Wilamowski was sentenced to an imprisonment of 183 days with credit for 75 days in December 2010. Contact Information: Attorney Services Fannie Smith Tel: 248-871-2900 Email us
