MIAMI -- A former U.S. Secret Service agent has pleaded guilty in Miami to impersonating a federal law enforcement officer. Federal prosecutors say Sandra Elder entered a guilty plea Friday to one count of impersonating a special agent of the U.S. Secret Service.
