State Supreme Court names alimony committee – Charleston Daily Mail

Attorneys from around the state talked with the State Bar's family law committee about inconsistencies in alimony awards, said Lisa Tackett, director of the state's Family Court Services. She said other states, including Kentucky and Michigan, have a formula.
