Gov. Scott gets Florida cap & trade repeal bill – NBC 2

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) - A bill heading to Gov. Rick Scott would repeal a cap and trade law designed to control power plant emissions in Florida. The Senate passed the bill (HB 4001) on 31-5 roll call Thursday, a week after it cleared the House 82-34.
