O’Melveny & Myers has appointed a team of finance and mergers and acquisitions lawyers from law firm Dewey & LeBoeuf. Richard Shutran, Junaid H. Chida, Arthur V. Hazlitt, Mark Caterini, and Dev R. Sen will be partners in O’Melveny’s New York office.
