Asarco, citing DOJ probe of EPA, wants settlement voided – Reuters

The EPA deferred to the Department of Justice and its Inspector General's Office did not return requests for comment. Wyn Hornbuckle, a spokesman for the DOJ, declined comment as the matter remains in litigation.
