Biotech firm Medafor pays CryoLife $3.5 million to settle dispute – The Business Journal

The ongoing legal costs weighed down both companies’ profits. Under terms of the settlement agreement announced Friday, CryoLife and Medafor dismissed with prejudice all claims and counter claims associated with the lawsuit.
