Having graduated with honors from the George Washington University Law School, Mr. Adkins was a journal editor, a member of the Order of the Coif and has also served clerkships for two United States District and Circuit Court judges.
Previously associated with Arps, Meagher & Flom, LLP in Wilmington DE, Mr. Adkins performed with an emphasis on class action defense in litigation, and at O’Melveny and Myers, LLP, he was a member of the Securities Litigation Practice Group in the Washington, D.C. office.
Mr. Adkins also served in the United States Marine Corps infantry, where he saw action in various hot spots during the late 1980’s.
