Founding partner Stephen Foster, who oversees much of the business, consumer and construction litigation described the move as "necessary". Still, David can't catch Goliath off guard too many times before the element of surprise is lost." Foster concedes, "After winning a couple of somewhat higher profile cases the volume of cases that come in the door requires a bigger office."
Foster continues, "My main concern is that our original clients still feel comfortable coming into our offices. There might be valet parking and offices with a view of San Antonio but if we forget who we are and the original clients that put their faith in us and got us there we might not stay."

The new offices will be located at 310 South St. Mary's Street, 24th floor, San Antonio, Texas, 78205.
