Tribune pushing to exit bankruptcy into changed newspaper market – Ct Post

The hearing, which may end as soon as Friday, will focus on technical questions of bankruptcy law. Should Carey approve the plan after the two sides finish making their legal arguments Friday, Tribune would move onto the last step needed to exit bankruptcy.
