Among other things, UPS management referred to this employee as a "monkey" because of his "skin tone," in writing. A large screenshot of this written conversation will be provided. UPS allegedly even went as far as monitoring this employee's bathroom breaks, followed him to the bathroom, and watching him urinate because they opposed his manner of urination in a bathroom stall rather than in a urinal. During the investigation of this matter, other former UPS employees of Middle-Eastern background have come forward and confirmed UPS's discriminatory culture condoned by management. The plaintiff and his attorneys will be present at the press conference.
