Pittsburgh firm settles Adelphia lawsuit – Pittsburgh Post-Gazette

The settlement is subject to the approval of U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Robert Gerber. Tracie Gliozzi, a spokeswoman for the law firm, said: "Agreeing to settle the matter allows us to focus on our clients and our goals. We are pleased to put this behind us."
