GE Dishwasher Recall Issued Due to Fire Risk

According to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, the recalled GE and Hotpoint dishwashers pose a risk of fire due to an electrical failure in the dishwasher’s heating element. GE has received 15 reports of these failures, including seven reports of fires, three of which resulted in property damage.
