One Person Killed and Another Seriously Injured in Hit & Run Accident Reports Phillips Law Group

(LegalLaw247.com, May 14, 2013 ) Phoenix, AZ – Early Monday morning a black vehicle headed north on 27th Avenue slammed into two people waiting at a bus stop near Indian School. Both victims were rushed to the hospital where one died as a result of the car accident injuries and another is in serious conditions.

The driver and passenger of the car fled on foot although the driver later contacted authorities and is being questioned. No additional information has been provided about the passenger who fled the scene.
