Drivers Beware: Ice May Be Coming to Ogden

(LegalLaw247.com, November 13, 2014 ) The Utah Department of Transportation took advantage of the milder weather in October and prepared themselves for what they knew would be coming. As expected, snow has finally arrived in Ogden and is sticking to the ground. The plows were prepared and were put to use Wednesday, as they will be until weather conditions change for the better.

The snow is accumulating even heavier further north of Ogden, such as in Logan.

Something that the staff at Craig Swapp & Associates thinks drivers in the area should be aware of is that the snow may soon turn to rain, which is predicted to be possible later today. With the temperatures as low as they currently are, this brings on the major hazard of ice forming on the roads.

Drivers should check for updates with their local weather report before leaving in order to be better prepared for what they might be facing.
